Offline inspections and traceability
Quality process digitization pilot for soldering station inspections, with a five-item checklist and temperature, resistance, and residual voltage records.
- Tracks results by station, day, and shift, with charts showing variation between measurements.
- Generates PDF reports and QR codes to identify stations.
- Stores inspections on the device while offline and syncs when connectivity returns.
